1.CUSTOMER SERVICE- Sometimes, customer service plays a huge role in whether you'll make a purchase or not. How fast they respond to your questions, if they have any knowledge about the product, how quick you can get the product or how they react when you have a problem or question in relation to the product.

2. TANGLES- I mean who wants tangles? Its one of the worst things that can happen to you! Sometimes, the construction of the wig or it's constant brushing against your fabric at your nape causes tangles ... but Tangles that just appear? Tangles that have you looking like who did she fight with? Those are the tangles we are looking out for- cause truly if it's your wig construction that's causing tangles that can be fixed-take the hair apart and make a new wig! If its dryness- deep condition. If it's caused by rubbing against your fabric you can move it out of the way! But those tangles you have no control over? THEY. NEVER. LEAVE!!!!

3. SHEDDING- Every hair sheds- this is true! After a while, hair starts to shed more- also true. Then there is hair that does not follow the usual protocol of minimal shedding, or understandable shedding over time. Thats the hair that just disgraces you amongst people.When you get up from your seat and there's a pool of hair lying in and around that area or hair that won't let you be great in your boyfriends house, you go to the bathroom to freshen up and you just leave a mess there or hair that can be used as evidence against you(where my fellas at)? Stay clear from those.

4. DOES IT TAKE TO COLOR- Everyone wants to know if the hair they are buying can be colored. They may not actually color it but it's nice to know that when you actually want to take the bold step of changing your look and being daring, your hair wont leave you hanging! It wont fry up or even attempt to switch from dark brown to light brown. Now thats what we call P-E-T-T-Y.

5. DOES IT HOLD A CURL- Do I need to stress on how important this is? Humid country plus curls do not go hand in hand, so if you find hair that can hold you down for a couple of hours, that is a life long commitment... that IS your baby for life!!!You need to stay loyal to that hair HUNTY!!

6. LUSTER- Now this is what sets you apart from everyone else, hair with LUSTER ! That's that good hair Hunty! Just like your natural hair , dry hair isn't what we are looking for. Now , that doesn't mean we condone greasy hair either. But have you seen Kim.Ks' long locks? Do you see how healthy it looks? GREATNESS! Now that what we are looking for. That's the look we strive for- thats that 'shmoney' look.

7. COST- Everyone knows the higher the price of the hair the better the quality (well in most cases)! But thanks to AliExpress , you can get some really bomb hair that is cheap. Yet a lot Ghanaian vendors still don't match up to the quality of some AliExpress vendors and yet they are still way more expensive than they are. I mean, can you imagine? So yes ! Cost is a huge factor. I'm not forking out $300+ for hair that won't even go past 6 months.

8. DOES IT TAKE TO HEAT- 'Can it do that on the curling iron though?' (don't judge me I'm dorky sometimes) this is as simple as it gets . Can I use heat on my hair without frying it? IS IT SYNTHETIC HUMAN OR NOT THOUGH?

9. LONGEVITY- Again simple, simple, simple! How long is my investment going to last ? 1 month? 2 months? 6? maybe 10 or even a year? We need answers.

10. TEXTURE- These people be out here selling body wave as straight hair? So is your hair true to texture or somebody lied????
