HAIR SERIES: WIG REVIEW FT DOLLBOX

As requested, I followed up on everyone's complaints and request to review @dollbox_ a Ghanaian wigmaker on instagram.

There were a lot of mixed review/feelings when it came to her customer service. So it's no wonder we ended up here with a review.

**When I get in my spy mode, I go the extra mile to investigate (nice way of saying I'm a little too extra when I'm being Nancy Drew)  So it's only natural that I asked my friend to review her anonymously, So I could get an honest transaction.

She messaged me a few days later and this was what she had to say;

Linlin! So this is from Dollbox. I provided hair and frontal 

She sent a delivery guy to pick up the hair and she collected half payment . When she was done in exactly five working days as specified in her bio , she sent me a picture of the hair on the stand to ask if I would like her to trim the ends since they looked a bit scanty Cos the hair was not of equal lengths. I gave her the go ahead to do so.

Now time for delivery: She outsources them so she called and booked one and gave my number to him as well to call me . Dude said he will be coming in the morning . Guess when he eventually showed up. 5 pm boo. So I couldn't go to work because my hair was in cornrows . Now the Dollbox chic was very apologetic , called me every half hour because at a point the guy wasn't answering his phone . She even asked me to keep part of the half payment I was supposed to pay as compensation but I declined and paid all in full.

My fingers are already hurting from typing this essay so I'll stop here and say that in a nutshell this is the best CUSTOMER SERVICE I have received so far in Ghana . She even went the extra mile of sending me YouTube videos to help me cut it ear tabs that may be too long when I wear the wig .

It's safe to say every complaint that was made about her, has been taken into conideration and she has made  necessary improvements.
